Best Armour?

I am soon about to max out Perfect Armour to tier 12, and I was wondering if there are any armour better than this, however I don't play dungeons and my catacombs levels are 0. My current set also has Growth 5, Protection 5, reinforced, and maxed by hot potato book, so my chestplate stats look like 115 health and 480 defence.
